FTI Midwest posts staff availability online, along with other useful information related to scheduling (vacations, dates the office is closed. The SAS can help you keep track of openings, especially cancellations. Please read the following points BEFORE attempting to use FTI-SAS for the first time:

• Availability postings on FTI-SAS do not guarantee release of the slot. Some availabilities may be limited to current clients, children and teens, or urgent care. If an opening simply says "Available" then it is open to intake or current clients. Therapists who are not accepting new clients will block their openings as "Current Clients Only."
  
  
• Availability postings are updated within five minutes of posting. However, some slots may be in flux at the time of your call.
  
  
• You CANNOT schedule appointments online or by email. You still need to call 785-830-8299 and talk to the front desk to schedule. Clients outside of Lawrence may call 800-854-2430.
  
  
• The availability server is on a separate computer than client information and calendaring and uses a separate Google account. If you EVER see something published on FTI-SAS that you believe to be confidential, please email call the office immediate AND email the webmaster.
